Volume-Based Block Bonus
- Leaders earn blocks based on group sales volume (BV).
- Example: Every 200 group BV = 1 block.
- Group sales can be defined differently depending on the company’s terms and conditions (T&C), such as:
- Own purchase + direct sponsor purchase.
- Lower-ranking direct downline’s group sales only.
- Once blocks are accumulated, commissions are calculated either as:
- A percentage of total group sales volume, or
- A fixed amount per block (e.g., $10 per block).

Position-Based Block Bonus
- Leaders earn commissions by filling specific grid structures within the sponsor tree.
- Example: A 3 × 3 grid requires:
- 3 direct sponsors, and
- Each of those sponsors to recruit 3 downlines, continuing for 3 levels.
- Total members required = 39 in the structure.
- Once the grid is filled, leaders qualify for the block bonus payout.
